RMA Management – Manage, Sell, Facilitate Easy Returns and Warranties

Manage the RMA process, add warranty terms to your products, and allow your customers to request and manage returns and exchanges directly from their user account.

  • Standard orders take up to 14 business days to arrive.
  • Expedited orders are shipped via DHL Express.
  • Expedited shipping takes up to 5 business days to arrive.

2. Easily set up warranties for products

When setting up your products, easily assign warranties to the product or variation directly from the edit product screens. Easily define warranty or return time periods, give it a price, and update/save your product. Warranties are tied directly to the product themselves – when the warranty expires, so does the ability for the user to request a warranty, return, or exchange.

3. Powerful Warranties and Returns Manager

Easiest manager available. Manage requests in just a few clicks. The Warranties and Returns requests are handled in a separate menu of your Dashboard, with dynamic notifications about new requests. A very intuitive system lets you process request in mere seconds, with all options easily accessible and editable, together with the Request Status switcher. Manually select to mark the warranty or return request as Processing, Completed or Rejected. Send a quick email to the requesting customer directly form the Request Manager, complete with an Email Template manager.

Frequently asked questions

The return materials authorization (RMA) or order number is the reference number for your return. We include the RMA order number in the email confirmation sent to you. You must clearly label all returns with the RMA number so they are identifiable.
